mccPILOTLOG runs on a wide range of platforms (32-bit, 64-bit, Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, Mac OS Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan, iOS 7, 8, 9, 10, Android 4, 5, 6…), with different service packs, with different regional settings (decimals, comma’s,…) and different language packages (UK, German, Japanese, Korean,…), and with different user databases. As a result, you may encounter an error while the application runs fine on other computers.

mccPILOTLOG contains more than 150.000 lines of source code, and we are adding more functions every day. We are pilots and humans, so we make mistakes. Although thoroughly tested, bugs do occur.  Whatever software you purchase, there will always be bugs…

More important is the support you get from the Helpdesk !

You can reach us 24/7.  Our support team is working day and night, weekends and holidays, to respond to all emails that we receive from more than 50,000 customers.  Our history shows an average resolution time around 1.5 days (37 hours).  Some issues are fixed in a couple of hours, other issues take more than 2 weeks.  We cannot offer support through phone.

As a general rule, NEVER re-install the software to fix a Run Time Error, even if you can no longer start the software ! Most bugs can be fixed with a simple revision. You can always download the latest software revision by clicking the Re-Install Last Update button on the Tools – Helpdesk page. This may clear the issue.
