Main Menu

When you launch the application, you go straight to the Add /Edit Flight frame. This allows you to log a new flight in only a few seconds !

Enhanced Tooltips when you move the mouse over any text field immediately provide you with useful information about aircraft, crew and airfields.

Query Filter

You want to know your last flight with this colleague or instructor. What day did you pass that check flight ? How many times have you been to that airfield or country ?

Currency Tracking

Let the software keep track of your currencies, such as the minimum number of landings or autolands on each type. Let the software remind you of your medical license, flight license and pasport renewal in due time !

Pilot Database

Find a colleague's phone number or e-mail address within seconds after starting the application with QuickSearch.
Impress your fellow pilot by remembering your last conversation. Store private information, such as his/her living place, family members and leisure activities, as free text in the database.

Airfield Database

The software comes with a worldwide ICAO-IATA-FAA-CAA database with 40,000 airfields (including small landing strips, heliports, seaplane ports, ballooning spots, glider strips, STOL and ULM strips, coast guard stations and air force bases).  Airfields are projected on the globe for quick reference.

For each airfield sunrise and sunset are calculated. Local time, UTC offset and worldwide DST (Daylight Savings Time - Summer Time) rules are also displayed.

Get instant weather reports (METAR - TAFOR) for more than 4,000 airfields worldwide.

Airfields are also displayed on detailed topographical maps for each continent. These maps come with the software, so you do not need any internet connection to view the maps.

A single mouse-click connects each individual airfield to Google Earth (on-line internet connection required). Buildings and terrain are displayed in 3D.

Airline Interface

Import your company's flight schedule or post-flight digital report with a single mouse-click. If your roster does not contain detailed function times (PIC, Co-Pilot), flight allowances and night flight time (worldwide), the software will automatically add this data.

Excel Logbook Import Wizard

You have been logging flights and simulator sessions into your self-made Excel file logbook for the past few years and you don't want to loose that data... We agree !
The built-in Import Wizard can handle any kind of self-made Microsoft Excel logbook and retrieves your flight data straight into the database with only a few mouse clicks.

Extensive Help Info

We have spent many hours in creating the most user-friendly display interface and today we continue adding minor changes in an attempt to reach this goal. Most pilots use our software without ever reading the User's Guide, just because the page layouts are well designed.

Print Logbook

It's time to print your logbook :  select any of the pre-programmed layouts (Jeppesen, ASA, Transair, JAA, FAA, CAA, ...) on the Settings Page.

Forms, Reports, Charts, Maps

Don't loose any time with creating report layouts. Select one of the many pre-programmed reports and hit the print key. If you require any additional report, just let us know.

This is a sample of an official form for the local aviation authority. Again, this form is printed with a single mouse-click. If saved as PDF file, scan your signature and have your signature integrated straight into the official document.
